A message to my clients
Having worked for over 30 years as a therapist and teacher, I combine mindfulness, the arts and traditional psychotherapy to help people overcome blocks to fulfillment and create lasting changes in their lives.
I provide assessment driven, heartfelt interventions in an atmosphere that is lively and fun, serving people of all ages and backgrounds. I honestly appreciate the challenges that each person faces in life and have the experience to be a guide through them, to discover a deeper truth within.
Having taught mindfulness, body-mind integration and self-awareness at UWM, Mt. Mary University, and Columbia College, I can empower you to learn and practice coping skills. I am happy to help you feel more peaceful and effective in your daily life.
