 A message to my clients

Life throws us into events that make us feel uncomfortable and sometimes life can feel almost unbearable. Dealing with it on your own can be very difficult and making the decision to come into therapy is the bravest decision yet. I hope that you can experience a sense of comfort speaking with me, as I will meet you wherever you are without judgement, bias, or condemnation.

I believe that you are doing your best and have the potential to do better, as we all do. Together we can work on overcoming barriers that are in the way of reaching your potential and having the life that you want.

With over 5 years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist and substance use disorder clinician I have worked to help individuals with distorted thinking patterns, disruptive behaviors, anxiety, depression and trauma. With extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) I also provide skill building and services for those with self-harm, suicidal thoughts and mood dysregulation issues.
